Inconsistent communication and follow-up from office staff
“I called on Tuesday to make an appointment to go over a Real Estate contract and spoke to someone directly. I was never followed up with to set up an appointment.”

Billing issues and lack of transparency
“Was supposed to have a phone consultation with Matt. He missed the call. No call happened. Despite Matt calling me to apologize in a voicemail and saying there is no charge (obviously) and me calling and emailing their office many times over the years about this (many different office staff; must be high turnover?) they still send me an invoice for a service that never happened....constantly.”
