Michelle is a lawyer who truly cares about you and your situation. She was extremely understanding about my highly sensitive situation with my divorce from an abusive husband, and extremely understanding about my sensitive situation with the custody of my children. To shed a little background on my case, I had been fighting for visitation right for my two sons for 5 years, on my own and with other lawyers at times. Never once got anywhere. After hiring Ashby Law in December 2015 and have had Michelle take over my case I got custody of my oldest son. When dealing with the court systems you need to have patience things are not always so simple, you do your part and best bet Michelle will do her part.
