I'd like to start out saying if there was 6 stars I'd give these guys 6! I'd like to take a moment to thank Terry Abeyta, his staff, and all who were involved in our case for the time they put in. The communication between Terry Abeta and his staff with my wife and I was excellent. Terry took our case from hopeless to achievable and successful. He was professional, nice, and pleasant to work with. They made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. I think Terry is an exceptional attorney and very pleasant to get a long with. My wife and I are very happy with how the process went.

Brett and Lisa were very good at explaining everything to my satisfaction. They did everything in a timely manner. My bills got paid and they negotiated for me. I was very happy with them. That do a professional job

Please forgive any typos in this message. It was dictated rather than typed due to injury. The claims coordinator Carrie Burris couldn't understand me. She'd take statements like "Yes, repeatedly over the last four months" to mean "Just once over the last four months". She kept calling a woman in my case "him" and using "his dog" to describe this woman's dog. When I said that I was beginning to get irritated because I wasn't being listened to, she said "I'm not asking anything embarrassing or what I think would be sensitive information, so I can't see why you're getting irritated". Really? I just told you why! You're continuing to prove that you don't understand me. When I expressed this, she said she didn't know how it was pertinent. You not understanding me or the details of my case seems pretty pertinent to me, but maybe that's just me. If you don't mind spending time and money repeating yourself and clarifying things umpteen times, then go with Abeyta. Awful phone experience with Carrie Burris.
