We had 0 experience with a lawyer before so when we got into a pretty ugly accident and a friend recommended abeyta Nelson we went with them. James Boyer and Sofia Angeles took really good care of us and helped us through it all. It was a pretty long road but I was always able to contact them when I had a question or what to do next. Highly recommend if you ever need an injury lawyer.

It has been 8 year since my injury, I never thought something like this would happen to me but it did and it changed my life forever and now I am still trying to regain some of what I have lost. I am so glad I contacted Abeyta Nelson after I was rear-ended back in November 2021.. Despite how long it took for my settlement Terry and Julie were always in touch with me updating the progress and always getting after the 2 other insurance companies we had to deal with vs one for I was hit twice. I was a bit worried about not getting anything for the trouble I had went thru but Terry fought for me when the two insurance companies wouldn't agree on who was more to blame for my injuries.
