Lack of communication and responsiveness
“I hired Daniel Polage to handle a seat belt violation citation. We spoke ONLY ONE TIME on the phone and after he received a retainer, I had NEVER heard back from him. I tried to reach him numerous times regarding the status of the citation, but he NEVER did got back to me.”
