When somebody ran a red light and totaled my car I had no idea what to do. I was in pain, and their insurance only offered me $3500 which couldn’t even replace my car. My best friend told me if you’re smart you would get yourself a lawyer, and lucky for me my first call after googling happened to be Morales law firm. From the day I called them they were dedicated to my recovery. I was pretty blown away with how much they cared about me. I didn’t have to worry about a thing through the entire process… and they won a crazy settlement amount for me. Thanks all of you at Morales!!

Aida told me specifically she would take on my case and after i took hours to fill out all of the paperwork and submitted it to her she never once got back to me. I emailed her over 5 times and even called and left a message just to have her mail me a letter over 45 days later to let me know they were not taking my case. obviously it wasn't good enough for them or enough money for them to feel like i mattered. As a returning costumer from a settlement where i got them over 20 thousand dollars this is absolutely disgusting and outrageous. Didn't even have the courtesy to call me to explain why they rejected my claim. Now i've wasted over 2 months waiting for a response when i could of had someone who actually cares to represent me. I always recommended everyone i know to this firm and have had multiple people get settlements making their firm thousands. I will NEVER recommend anyone again in-fact i will make sure nobody i know ever even considers having you guys represent them at all. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I took my business elsewhere, he should use his power of more to hire someone who is not so rude!!
