This case involved a rather serious car accident at which the other driver was at fault. The victim was a 79 year-old who was hospitalized initially and under nursing care thereafter for an extended period. Best advice I ever took was contacting Abeyta & Nelson after my car accident. My car was totaled but I was released from the ER and told to go home and recuperate.
