I had the pleasure of having my case reviewed and taken by David. From the moment my case was taken, David and his legal assistants have been responsive to questions and clear in the answers/ explanations. David was always direct and wasn’t an attorney that beat around the bush, but told me exactly what was going on or how he was interpreting the case and possible outcomes. Whether I contacted Sofia via email or stopped by the office, she was willing to meet with me and answer my questions. Phone calls and emails were always answered in a timely manner. The front desk staff were always extremely friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend David for any injury case.

Terry Abeyta is The Lawyer a Lawyer Would Hire! My husband and I retained Terry Abeyta to represent us in my husband’s car accident case. The case was complicated by a medical condition that pre-dated the car accident and was only discovered through treatment for the car accident injury. Terry represented us for five years while my husband pursued treatment and finally had hip surgery. The case settled for policy limits very close to trial. I got to watch Terry do depositions and read the motions he filed. He did an excellent job - and I am a trial attorney, so my standards are high! He also did a good job explaining things to us, answering questions and setting meetings when there were decisions to be made. I first became aware of Attorney Terry Abeyta when he was a frequent lecturer for and pillar of the WA State Trial Lawyers Association. I was impressed with his vast experience and expertise in the area of Tort Claims involving motor vehicles. As a trial attorney myself, in my law library ther is a two volume set of WSTLA Automobile Accident Litigation Deskbook. Attorney Abeyta was the author of sections in that treatise on matters such as starting an automobile lawsuit, navigating statutes of limitations and suing governments. I have consulted those sections in my law practice many times over the years. So, when I was rear-ended and seriously injured by a negligent driver in 2018, there was no question but that Terry Abeyta would represent me. He did a great job and I was very satisficed with the outcome. Thank you, Terry Abeyta!
