Dealing with L&I is never easy, it seems like a neverending nightmare. Having the support of Tim and his team who believed in me, made a world of difference in a very uncertain time. We were blessed when Rhonda was assigned to us. She is very informed and knowledgeable in dealing with L&I. I would highly reccomend this team to anyone in need of these services.

I am so glad that I hired Mr. Hamill for my L & I case because thanks to his hard work and persistence he was able to get me a pension. L & I tried to stop my benefits many times and thanks to Tim and his amazing legal assistants, they were able to keep my benefits going. They helped take a lot of the stress off my shoulders. When I called the office of Timothy Hamill and Thomas Bothwell I was so impressed with the sincere compassion of the staff. I was seen right away and they have been leading me through the difficult L&I process these past few years. I don't know what I would have done without their expertise in these matters. Mr Hamill's assistant, Rebecca, is truly amazing and always up to date on my case. Mr Hamill has gone to bat for me, and I don't know what I would have done without him and his staff. They are such professionals and truly care about you as a person.

Tim Hamill has gone above and beyond to make sure L & I does not close my claim. L & I sent me to one of their doctors who said there was nothing wrong with me, I can return to the job where I was injured and to close my claim. Tim got in contact with my doctor, who by the way did not agree with what L & I's doctor said, and overturned L & I's decision to close me claim. I am now in physical therapy and having MRI next week to check what is wrong with my knee. Tim also got L & I to pay me time loss while my doctor tries to figure out what's wrong with my knee. I would recommend Tim. His staff is really nice too, which is always a good thing.

Mr. Hamill and his staff were very diligent in dealing with a very difficult claims manager. They were able to get the proper diagnostic testing approved and eventually the physician requested surgeries to help correct my physical issues. I was continually kept informed of all progress and hold ups related to my case. I was very pleased with how Mr. Hamill handled my case and would have no hesitation in hiring him and his firm again if the need arose.

My case is rather large and complex. The first lawyers office I visited told me that they could not help me. When I visited Bothwell & Hamill I met Elena and for the first time I felt like someone was actually listen to my problems and cared. I met later with Mr. Timothy Hamill and Mr. Thomas Bothwell who have both help me in multiple ways, and is still fighting for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great lawyer.
