I have never been disappointed any and every time I have hired Hayden to rep me. He listens to my concerns thoroughly, advises me very well, and makes sure i stay in the loop of everything that’s happening or going to happen. He works hard to get me the results I want and the results that are safest, in the best interest, etc. I will continue to hire Hayden to represent me any time an attorney is necessary.

Absolutely the best at what he does! Very compassionate, but also straight forward when needed. He will fight for you and with you every step of the way. Very professional staff, always keep in touch to keep you updated with what's going on and what needs to be done. Couldnt ask for a better experience!

Horrible. Didn’t fight for me at all in my custody case. Left me in a room while he discussed things with the other lawyer and my daughters dad. Never returned any of my calls. Didn’t listen to anything I said or any of my concerns. Only thing missing from my court case was the lube! Wouldn’t recommend him to defend my dog. The one star is because you can’t leave a review without one 🙄

Horrible attorney drug my divorce out as long as he could so my bill would be higher. Then left me in room while he discussed my case with my ex wife and her attorney. Then after it’s finalized my ex wife tells me he did nothing but hit on her in courthouse and asked her out. All while I’m waiting in other room to find out status on my case. He is a worthless.

I have a very complicated case. Two previous attorney's were never able to get anything done in my case but Gerald Hayden did. I highly recommend him. I'm not sure he really knew what he was signing up for when he agreed to take my case but with every roadblock we encountered he plowed forward and got results.

Mr. Hayden contacted me Friday evening after hours responding to my email I sent that afternoon. He immediately set up a consultation for the following Monday. My daughter and I went, he was very nice, understanding and listened to her case. We hired him and he has done a wonderful job for my daughter. His staff is very understanding and helps with any questions we have.

Gerald was very attentive! Any questions, concerns, thoughts I had were dealt with immediately, if not by him, then by his staff. His passion for what he does, reflected in how he presented himself inside and outside of the courtroom. I felt at ease having him guide me through a very difficult time.

One thing that always kinda comes to mind and stands out about Mr. Hayden and his team is how fast they act with taking care of matters. I remember first meeting Gerald at his office and we were reviewing somethings, Gerald noticed and took action right there and then with very important discrepancies he found that had been looked over and not addressed by my prior divorce attorney, next thing I know he has his team members sending faxes and making filings. Clearly this is a boots on the ground ready to go to work for you firm on day one. They definitely put me in a place I wanted to be and then some. Divorce and child custody matters are things these folks are very experienced with and I highly highly recommend them.
