I highly recommend Hayen & Associates. Gerald has been our lawyer and represented us for many years. He has helped to keep our son safe. Today, I was able to adopt my step-son and become his mother legally. Gerald Hayden is fair and will fight hard to make sure your child is safe and is in the right hands. We cannot express enough how thankful we are that he fought for us. The entire staff is beyond helpful in every way. They are all very friendly and they respond to every question and need in a timely manner. Again, we thank each of you for everything you have done for us.

The dude is a joke. I beat him in court TWICE without a lawyer. He was so nervous in the courtroom he was hiding behind his papers because he thought I was going to beat him up. Avoid this loser.

Mr. Hayden certainly came through for my boyfriend (Eclipse) while representing him in a child support case. He is true to his word, does great work researching and being prepared for the case. Highly recommend this firm for representation.

I can not give this firm enough stars, they are absolutely amazing and I am truly thankful for them, they are kind, patient and understanding they promptly return your calls which means so much. I was only given a 7 day notice for a court hearing, I was down to 24 hours to file paperwork for the case. I had spoken to several attorneys in town that stated there was not sufficient time to intervene in the matter when I had 7 days and gave me no hope. I felt hopeless and defeated! Someone asked me if I had spoken with Hayden and Associates. I had not so I gave it a shot, after speaking with Mr Hayden, I felt I had hope again he never said there wasn’t time he said we can do this and he did! We had court the day after filing the needed paperwork, I was amazed how he handled everything and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. If it were not for Mr Hayden I would not be allowed contact with 2 of my grandchildren after the sudden death of their dad, my son. Thanks to Mr Hayden I now have visitation of my grandchildren 3 days a week. Thank you so much for all that you have done for me and my grandchildren you will never know how you has impacted our lives.
