I read all of the positive reviews about Kyle and had a really nice conversation for about an hour prior to doing business with him. I felt very comfortable signing a contract to start doing business with him. I signed the contract and sent a large sum of money and never heard anything from him or anyone in the office again. I attempted multiple times to follow up on the status of my case and our agreement. I made many phone calls and sent many emails. I never received any response. I am very disappointed with the lack of service and communication from this firm. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. The unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Nuttall lied to us. Nuttall lied about attorney fees. Charged us 250.00 hour for letting our case linger on for two years and did nothing. And I mean nothing ! Charged us 100.00 hour for his secretary and paid her 30.00 an hour. Charged us 150.00 hour for his helper (lawyer) and paid her 40.00 hour. Let the statute of limitation run out on our case. And after Kyle Nuttall screwed all that up he went to Judge Matish (Harrison Co.) and asked for the case to be dismissed even though we we told Nuttall not to dismiss the cast. He got in over his head and did not know what to do. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't throw your money away to this want to be ! I told him he needed to find another profession because he sure as hell not a lawyer and he agreed . BEWARE he is a dog with no teeth .

Kyle has helped me by reviewing several oil and gas leases. I asked a lot of questions about the first lease, and he explained the options clearly and concisely. He has been wonderful about suggesting alternative language and advocating for me as the client. I've gone back to him 2-3 times for help with subsequent leases, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My ancestors had farms many odd years ago in Wetzel County before they moved west. I've been tracked down twice by landmen wanting to lease the small mineral interests I didn't know I had. I found Kyle in the WV section of the Mineral Rights Forum where he had already answered a lot of the questions I had. He consults by the hour or has a couple of options with flat fees. The first time I hired by the flat fee and the second time by the hour since I just had a couple of questions. In both occasions he helped me get more money, but most importantly for me, he made sure the legal docs I signed were in order.

Kyle helped my sister and I with a gas and oil lease. His consultations were comprehensive and very educational. He negotiated for us and got us more money, took out sections that might have given us problems down the road and added sections that protected us and increased our options. He knows his stuff!!

I consulted with Mr. Nuttall on an oil and gas working interest issue that had come to my attention. He has the heart of a teacher. He explained situation, next steps, and gave me instruction on what to look for in future documents. All was clear, concise, and to the point. Thank you!

Mr. Nuttall drew a blank on 3 laws pertaining to his area of expertise. I had done all of the research and went back to write down the numbers of the laws he had not heard of. I told the oil co. And Mr. Nuttall that it is a law that the storage tanks and laterals and wells have numbers on them to tell the county, state and co. These are permit #s. He lied to me when he said he called the oil and gas permit department ,siding with the oil co. an told me no, they did not need the permit/aPI numbers. Mr. Nuttall does help a lot of people with free advice and likes to do modifications of leases, but when you need a racehorse, please go elsewhere.
