Stay away, stay far away. The most unethical person I have ever dealt with.

This guy drafted a will for my Grandfather (actually several that he refused to allow the court or beneficiaries to look at) that a forensic handwriting expert and a state police officer says are forged. I put a bar complaint on him.

Henry Morrow Jr was recommended to us and is very knowledgeable. He looks out for your best interest and you feel protected. Would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with Estate issues. Thank you 😊

Mr. Morrow represented myself in a case involving the settlement of my parents estate. He treated me with kindness and I always felt like he had my best interest when he advised me. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and I am very glad we connected and he took on the case. He made himself readily available and kept me up to speed as things progressed. I would highly recommend his practice and though I hope I won’t require his legal services again, he would be my choice should that happen.

The probate process can be quite overwhelming, but dealing with two estates simultaneously, on my own, was just mentally and physically exhausting. Henry Morrow, Jr. was highly recommended to me by a friend. I reached out to request a consultation and received a call back that same day to schedule. When the time came for my appointment, Mr. Morrow’s first priority was to put my mind at ease. When I left his office that day, I felt like such a heavy weight had been lifted. Mr. Morrow is very professional and extremely responsive. He provides clear explanations and guidance. Dealing with the loss of loved ones is already difficult, but having someone as understanding and compassionate as Henry to help navigate through the entire process is a blessing! It is always a pleasure to work with people who know what they are doing, something that's not always a given anymore. Ms. Skinner-Prinz helped me with my divorce and child custody case. Incredibly helpful & made the process as easy as possible. She took the time to explain everything, answered every question I had, and her office was always prompt in communicating anytime I had concerns. She definitely knows her stuff, I would highly recommend her for any family law issue.

Ms Printz does not advocate for wishes of client but instead other outside entities. She doesn’t communicate with client before hearing nor does she sit with client to ensure what is being said is understood.

MY SON-IN-LAW USED THIS LADY. I WAS AT EVERY MEETING THAT HE HAD WITH HER. WITH THE PANDEMIC BEING HERE WE HAD TO HAVE THE TRAIL OVER THE PHONE. THE FIRST TRAIL SHE DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WE SAT THEIR ANOTHER 6 HOURS UNTIL THEY FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF HER. THE JUDGE ASK HER FOR SOME PAPERWORK THAT SHE TOOK 10 MINUTES OF HIS TIME AND THEN TOLD HIM SHE COULD NOT FIND WHAT HE WAS ASKING FOR. WE LOST TWO APPEALS. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS WOMAN FOR ANY CASE YOU MAY HAVE. TOTALLY INCOMPIDENT. SHE NEEDS TO TAKE A DAY AND TAKE A BATH AND WASH THAT HAIR. BOTTOM LINE, STAY AWAY FROM HER !!!

This is an unabashed fan letter. Upon hearing of my brother's death, my sister and I knew we needed a lawyer in the area. She got Mr. Morrow's name from the West Virginia Bar Lawyer Referral Service website. We had no idea how fortunate we were going to be. My brother left us with a huge mess that would need a lot of sorting out. Mr. Morrow was there for the whole process and guided us through every step along the way. He took care of the probate, and recommended local people for the cleaning and clearing of my brother's house, the auctioning of the contents, the construction necessary to make the house saleable and a realtor for the sale. As my sister and I were both from out of state, this was important. Everyone he recommended did an excellent job. This was a difficult and traumatic experience for my sister and I. It would of been much worse without Mr. Morrow's expertise, kindness and sense of humor. I highly recommend him, not only as a lawyer, but as a person.

I contacted Mr. Henry W. (Bucky) Morrow, Jr., approximately one (1) year ago, after being notified of my brother’s death in Shepardstown, WV. My sister, who resides in New Jersey, and I, in Alabama, needed an experienced probate/real estate attorney to assist us in clearing the estate. I found his profile on the West Virginia Bar Association website, and contacted him via e-mail. I received a return phone call within hours. Bucky Morrow put my concerns at rest the first time we spoke. Throughout the entire process he was responsive, proactive, helpful, and positive. His fees are extremely reasonable. I was impressed when we finally met, and my opinion of him was elevated as we went thru the probate process. All of the service providers he recommended and whose services he contracted were outstanding. Elizabeth Segar, of Keller-Williams Real Estate, who was the sales agent Mr. Morrow engaged, was nothing short of awesome. Serv-pro, who handled the house remediation/tear out and subsequent rebuild, were outstanding. Bucky kept my sister and myself up-to-date on the status of the estate, the probate process, and the auction of property. Mr. Morrow made what could have been a terrible experience something else entirely thru his outstanding professionalism, caring and concern. On several occasions he went far beyond what I would have expected, and truly I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mr. Morrow has been more than an excellent lawyer for me. He has always responded immediately to my calls and emails. Mr. Morrow is very intelligent and knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him for your lawyer.
