Often we find ourselves needing an attorney during the most difficult times in our life. When our family found Arnold and Bailey to represent my daughter she was facing an unpleasant custody battle over her 2 year old son. She was going through so many emotions- the main one being fear! However Gregg Bailey’s pleasant nature put her mind at ease. We gained trust and confidence in this law firm at the consultation and we’re even more impressed at the hearing. Gregg was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, through, empathetic, and understanding of her situation. He explained the process and what needed to be done. Mr. Bailey is extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to relate to. He was reassuring and very easy to work with and understand. He is also very confident and honest with your case. When i originally called the secretary took my information and set up a time for me to call back for a phone consultation. When I had my phone consult the next day I was greeted by Mr. Bailey, he created a file for me and advised me that he would keep my file for when I was ready to file or when I needed him. I did not call back for several months, at that time he pulled my file and immediately familiarized himself with my case. There were several times leading up to court that I had moments of stress and anxiety that Mr. Bailey's assistant Amber graciously helped me with and relayed my concerns to Mr. Bailey for follow up if needed. Most of my communication leading up to court was with Amber, however I felt she was also extremely knowledgeable and professional while also being empathetic. They make a great team!
