The people here were so nice and understanding and went above and beyond. When I was about to give up on my case several times they would listen to me and talk with me until I was ok, not their job but they did. If I have any other issues that I need help they will be the first ones I call and will refer them to everyone. I went to the Parkersburg branch and it was the best decision I ever made I dont think I would have had the strength to keep going and win my case if it was not for the kindness of these people. Thank you!!!

I would not recommend this company to any veteran. the only thing they have helped me with since last may was starting my paperwork with the VA. I have addressed concerns I have with LHI and all I get is well you should do what they say. Not if I have already done what they wanted and want me to repeat it again. Why don't you find out why I'm doing it again. Don't waste your time with this company. I hope I get a zero rating so they don't get paid. Not worth giving them a percentage.
