Just visited the site looking for information, it wasn't on the site...

Shortly after I posted the initial review I was reached out to by the office - we are currently in talks to remediate my experience with using Jan Dils Attorneys). I'd look elsewhere, as someone else said - they are in it for the easy money. After years of working with them and telling them multiple times (to all their different case managers) that I can't have my phone at work they dropped me as a client. Since they've dropped me as a client I've had 2 different back surgeries for one of the issues they were "fighting" for. It makes me wonder how many other veterans they've taken advantage of like this, dropped them once the money was made (and then put them into an even more challenging position to find a law firm to represent them - most of which won't even touch you because Jan Dils was the original law firm to start the process).

When I was denied twice by Social Security, I went to look up attorneys and Jan Dill was one that seem to hit me out of all the others, and I am glad my I was chose her. Her firm helped me and got me through everything and now, I'll be receiving my Social Security Disability next month. Thank you Jan Dill and team for a job well done, and for helping a veteran getting my SSD.

Jan Dils is an amazing firm with integrity, professionalism & proven success. They communicated with me throughout my claims process and I was awarded the benefits I was entitled to.

My daughter had another attorney who had gotten her through two stages of the process of applying for SSDI. She did not feel like this attorney was working very hard for her so she call the office of Jan Dills. They told her to ask for a form from the other attorney saying they released her case which she did. When she got the release she call the firm of Jan Dills and they told her they could not help her. Now she is in a bind to find another attorney because she only has so many days to appeal. Beware of Jan Dills firm! Unfortunately she only wants cases that are easy to win and doesn’t want to put out any extra effort!

Currently on a repealed court case for my injury's due to the army with these lawyers. I think there is three of them. These guys did tell me a wait time of 3-5 years until I get my disability/back pay. The deal is 10% of my disability back pay. I've been waiting for almost 2 years now but I guess will see

Everyone I spoke or worked with was very friendly and helpful. After a 4 year long fight they got me the settlement, finally! I'd like to mention Chelsea Parker, she was amazing, kept me informed and checked in with me often. I highly recommend them!
