My case was difficult and went on that seemed like forever. Shawn, Nikki , and Brenda wouldn't give up on me or my case They fought and won my case. And for not giving up on me , I THANK YOU ALL !!!

My experience with Sean Taylor pllc, and his associates Brenda and Nikki was amazing. They handled all paperwork, kept me informed of Social Security Administration actions and letters, they collected all records required, gathered additional external information, and answered all of my questions(live call, text. voicemail) promptly.

I’m only leaving 2 stars because of my case manager, Brenda. She was as kind as could be and always answered any questions I had within hours. I truly wish she had been representing me instead of Shawn. So, If you are suffering from mental disabilities or anything of the likes, do NOT waste your time with this firm. A week before my court date, I was supposed to receive a phone call from Shawn, explaining everything and going over my case before the actual court date, well, I never got that call. Fast forward to the DAY BEFORE my court day. I was supposed to receive the call once again, and I never got it. He decided to call me a half an hour before my court case, saying everything sounded good and that he knew the judge and that everything should be fine. What a joke. He barely said anything during my court call, and did nothing to defend my case. He just seemed like he couldn’t be bothered, which makes me wonder why he wasted his time with me at all. He brought nothing important up and did nothing to help me at all.

Wonderful attorney. Wonderful office. He cares deeply for people. He really puts in the work and does beyond what any other attorney would ever do. His heart is in the right place. Mr. Lorea is trustworthy and compassionate. I will definitely be using his services if I ever need anything else!

A very good experience with Brenda and all the staff, Shawn Taylor was always friendly and considerate, and did a very good job. I give them all a 5 star. Thanks for everything.

Contacted about a current Social Security claim, left several messages to have them contact me back they never did just to find out once I did get ahold of them they dont do federal appeals so I'm back to square one.

First of all the staff was great. Nikki was beyond helpful and I honestly wished I had her representing me instead of Shawn. Spoke with him one time for 5 minutes two days before hearing. Gave me general outline of how hearing worked. Was about all the effort he put in to it. He asked almost all the questions at hearing which was fine but when it came time for the vocational expert to give his testimony and opinion Shawn was no where to be found. Absolutely didn’t question him as to why he thought that way. Made no argument for AT ALL! Remained silent even when judge asked him if had anything to say. Like he was late for lunch or another photo op. 100% disabled veteran here with years of medical paperwork and got zero help from Shawn Taylor. Encourage all vets to use somebody else.

I called and had ONE question. The receptionist was rude and smarted me off. She talked to me like I was stupid for about three minutes. I took my business to another laywer. I don't need to be treated badly!
