My wife hired this office to represent her in a case. 3 years later.....she fired him. They never answered the phone or email. They have very poor communication. Go to someone else! Don't waste your money on him or anyone in his office. All they ever did was lie to her about every time she called..... had "just stepped off the floor!" Don't waste your time or money. I dealt with him more than 20 years ago, and he had a nasty attitude then. She called and messaged, and they ignored and lied to her! She FINALLY got ahold of Troy Giatras, who screamed at her, blaming her and asking her what she had done to help her case. She hired Phillip Childs in September 2020. She was told that he would handle everything. Then, 3 years later, Troy yells at her, telling her she should have gone willingly to rehab. For THC!! He degraded her and talked to her like she was garbage! He had her bawling! I wished that would have happened in person! Phillip Childs had apparently left her case, and it was handed over to Troy Giatras, and she was never notified! She just continued to get the silent treatment until Troy blasted her! Nothing was done! The case had moved no further than the initial offer. He needs to be reported to the board for lack of communication and unprofessionalism! He is a big talker! Telling her how chummy he was with the head of the discipline office of the nursing board and how they were going to take her offer! B.S!! He lies! Don't waste your time and money!

Had an appointment to which my friend ans I showed up early. Waited and waited. No one came. Finally got a text that said they weren't coming and we could reschedule. Did. Day of the reschedule I get a call they can't make it. Totally unprofessional
