All of the staff handled my case with care and precision. From the case managers to my attorney and her receptionist, everyone was great to deal with and prompt if I needed a return phone call. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and got me to the correct person even when I wasn't quite sure where I needed to go. Chelsea Parker did an amazing job with my case after it was handed off to her for my hearing. She prepped me well for the hearing and answered all of my questions no matter how silly they were. During the hearing, she navigated most of the conversation except for when the judge asked me a question specifically. Overall, I would highly recommend Jan Dils to anyone in this area.

Just call Jan Dils someone will take your call and start the process and handle all the paperwork, fast forward they handled all the paperwork and phone calls and phone appointments and 6 months later I was approved for my disability my only regrets is not calling sooner. It happened so quick honestly. I didn't bring you on board until roughly 3 months after I myself filed complete with my primary medical records. I can't ever know whither I alone would have been awarded so I also can't say that I would not have. I will point out this, I had been awarded complete with a deposit to my bank and your portion sent to you. Your firm was calling me asking about any recent Dr. visits/ health problems. After I made them aware of said activity and a brief search they acknowledged my award. I gave you a 5 while considering a 4 but I really had no reason to knock your firm. Sincerely Curtis W. Ball
