Communication is horrible. You have to constantly pursue for any updates to your case, and 75% of the time emails and calls are ignored.

I cannot say enough good things about Erica Lord. She's knowledgeable, strategic and most importantly she cares! I speak from experience when I tell you it's very important to have the right attorney when you have children involved! I was going through a very hard time back in May after my husband at the time just up and left me pregnant and our 3 children. I find out less than a week before our court hearing that the ex got an attorney after we agreed we wouldn’t. I called Erica as soon as I could. She took my case without hesitation. Great Experience! Erica Lord is definitely not your typical attorney. She is very thorough and involved in the court room. I feel at ease just after one hearing. My case of 2 years was heading in the wrong direction and she totally changed the course to a positive one. Our work is not done but we are hopeful now.
