Excellent to work with!

I worked with Kathy over the course of a couple of months and during a time where my head was spinning a million miles a minute, she brought me back to focus and helped me through each step. She took charge, remained polite and professional, and constantly kept me in the loop with any updates made on my case. 11/10 would recommend to anyone!
