I am so very thankful for Mark Atkinson and his Law Firm. Starting five years ago after the death of my husband Mark walked me through all the many things that a spouse has to do. Much of it was overwhelming to me but Mark was right there with me every step of the way. Even going to the Social Security office with me! Since, I’ve gone to Mark many times for guidance on multiple things. And just recently he helped our family maneuver a very tricky problem with my 93 yr old Mother’s finances. My Mother is suffering from dementia so unfortunately I needed to step in. He helped me apply and gain Guardianship of my Mother and take care of the necessary financial issues we were dealing with. I was arrested and then told they had wrong guy . Spent night in jail . Then this clan refuses to fight for my rights . Says alot about their Character...

When my husband shut down a very dangerous piece of equipment at work and raised a safety concern, then was subsequently fired the next day, our lives were completely turned upside down. When you're left in a frantic state about how you're going to survive day to day, it means a great deal to have someone on your side who knows what they're doing. Paul Frampton was that person for us. I don't think we ever could have truly closed that chapter or emotionally/mentally/financially moved forward with our lives without feeling that a resolution had been made. We considered trying to deal with the situation on our own -- file complaints, file a suit, etc. -- but the truth is, we never could have gotten the same result that Mr. Frampton got for us all on our own, and his involvement removed the added stress we didn't need. You do have to be realistic in your expectations and understand that there are going to be things out of your control and that nothing is perfect, but Paul Frampton got a favorable result for us that we were happy and satisfied with. He cared about us and our future, and he also has a lovely staff and office. I would highly recommend Atkinson & Frampton to anyone!!!

Mark and his team helped through a journey I never that I would have to take. I couldn’t believe that discrimination still exists these days. But there I was…discriminated against because I am a mother. I was told I could not be a mother and a working professional. Wild! Mark made me feel confident from the very first time we spoke.
