I was involved in a rear end collision by a driver who was not paying attention to their driving, while I was stopped at a stop light waiting to make a left-hand turn. I had severe head and lower neck injuries which required numerous trips to physical therapy, pain management, numerous x-rays and MRIs, as a result of this collision. My Attorney Brooks West took my case seriously and went after the driver’s insurance company for a full and fair settlement for both my physical injuries along with my pain and suffering and the costs for the repairs of my vehicle. He answered all my questions, which were many, in a professional, courteous, and thorough manner making sure I understood each step of the process. He was also available at any time should I need to contact him or his legal team at West Law. In addition my case manager, Cheryl West Taylor, stayed in constant contact with me, ensuring I understood all steps of the legal process, that all the paperwork pertaining to my case was completed properly, that I was receiving the medical care I needed, made sure that all my questions were answered in a easy to understand manner, and provided me with excellent customer service throughout this whole ordeal.
