We gave them 3500$ to represent us if we needed them. They did nothing and dodged all of our phone calls. This place is a scam. Do not give money up front. We never were charged with anything but yet he sent us a letter stating he doesn’t owe us anything. I have never heart of these kinds of practices. Shame on them. We had to borrow the money and he never had to do anything for us but won’t give it back. Clarksburg scum.

Tom Kupec is the best around, he kept my son from going to prison, when all hope was gone. By all rights, he was already sentenced and screwed up at the anthony center. With only a revocation hearing left, Me. KUPEC not only saved the day, he saved my grandchildren a very rough way to go that would have been without their father here. The Man made a believer out of me. If he ever needs anything AT ALL I will be there. And now I’ve retained him Again on a different issue, and so far..... it’s a grand slam!!

The secretary that works at this office is one of the worst I've ever had the chance to speak with. She is not helpful in the least bit, refuses to let you speak with anyone else in the office, and has the attitude of a 5 year old. When working on serious matters, this is the last thing you want to have to deal with. How this business stays afloat is beyond my realm of knowledge.
