I needed a will made and tried a local attorney I knew from my former military unit. After ghosting me for a month I had to find someone to take my case seriously. Tim Miley and his group helped me win a case for my brother where the at fault insurance would not accept responsibility and Tim Miley was able to get them to reverse their decision and accept responsibility and paid the claim. With out Tim Miley my brother would of not got anything. Tim was able to get the at fault Insurance to make a fair and acceptable settlement. When I first contacted Miley I was uncertain how to navigate the insurance process involving the wreck as I’ve never been in a tbone before, but Amber was so nice to calm my jitters, and Christina and Keith did everything do put me at ease. They handle everything and kept me informed at every step in the process so all I had to worry about was getting through my therapy. I can’t thank them enough, I am so glad I decided to get a lawyer to handle my case and so thankful that I chose Miley. They were even within walking distance of my work if I needed them!
