I would give 100 stars if it were an option! I retained Debra's office on very short notice on a custody battle I was facing. They had 5 days to turn in all evidence and try to get my case dismissed since we live in another state and among other reason's as well. Kim kosloski and Larry chafin showed up and let me just tell you kim did such an AMAZING job presenting everything and went above and beyond even my hopes and expectations. She was so kind and personable and truly memorized every single detail and fought my case like it was her own. I was very nervous about it and Kim was so nice and talked me through all my concerns and fears while also preparing me for worst-case scenarios. At the hearing kim was explaining my case and I looked down to see if she was reading it off a piece of paper , but she wasn't, she nailed every single detail like it was HER OWN life !! We got it dismissed! I truly can't express enough how good they are. I couldn't wait to make a review in hopes of helping someone else! If you are looking to find someone that's not just going to represent you but truly care and put all they've got into it this office is it!! Worth every penny AND THEN SOME. Thank you!!!

Mrs. Chafin and her office are amazing! She, her husband, and her office staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my step-parent adoption and contempt hearing. They were all readily available with answers to my many questions, no matter how late into the evening, as this was all unfamiliar to me. They were always professional and very knowledgeable, good at explaining in understandable terms. She knew the facts of my case like it was her own personal experience. She was invested in my case and getting the outcome my children deserved. She and her staff were successful and my children were adopted by my husband. Throughout the process, a contempt hearing, and an appeal hearing, were initiated by the other party. With Mrs. Chafin's representation, I was found not to be at fault or in contempt of court. She went above and beyond and I am forever grateful for her and her staff. I highly recommend her!

She does not do what you ask for. She will send you down all kind of rabbit holes and leave you with a hell of a bill. She is worried a lot more about her next case with the judge than yours. She does not protect your privacy or info also. I received a great deal of personal and financial information from another case by her office then I had to notify there office of the huge mistake. Save your money. I had around $40,000 in legal fees for divorce from a three year marriage. Not to mention the year and half of court proceedings. I owe it all to mediator for finally getting the divorce settled.
