I was introduced to Jan Dils back in 2016, I told them of what was going on and they listened. I am a disabled veteran and just wanted someone to listen, which they did. I finally received my service connected disability from the VA, but it wasn't enough for Jan Dils. They kept fighting for me because the VA wouldn't listen. Finally, in 2023, we got the final outcome, and I received my disability which rose to 90% service connected disability. Because of Jan Dils, I am able to move on and finally have someone that listens about my injuries. They do care and kept fighting for me. And they still are. The staff is amazing and very caring. Most are veterans themselves. Whether you just started with them or have been with them a while, stay patient. Trust me many times I just wanted to quit but after speaking with the staff, they told me to hang on, we got this. So glad I did. Give them a chance, they do care about veterans. And people. God bless you, Jan Dils, for fighting for all of us.

The process was fairly simple, made more so and made much easier by the members of Jan Dils who took me through the process. I did receive a substantial increase in my disability.
