I was looking for the very best criminal defense attorney in the area and luckily a close friend of mine referred me to Chad Hatcher. My son was facing several years in prison and my wife and I were extremely distressed and at our wits end, especially since he was arrested for no reason (in our opinion). We had audio and video footage of his arrest and it was completely at odds with the officers complaint against our son, in short the officer was not being truthful and we had proof. Chad personally contacted me within hours of me reaching out to him and the entire time kept reassuring me that he would handle everything and for my wife, son, and myself not to worry. He was not afraid to aggressively go after the officer who was not truthful. This is something he had dealt with before and he was FEARLESS. Before a 3 day weekend, Chad called me to again tell me not to worry because he could still tell I was concerned. How many attorneys would take extra time to call and tell you not to worry before he closed his office on a Friday? At that point, I was no longer worried because I knew he was vested in the best interest of my son. Chad genuinely provides 5 star service. I have mad respectful this lawyer I had numerous criminal charges that I had picked up while homeless and living on the streets of Huntington WV.
