My experience with Hoyt was great, super good listener and knows his profession. He took my case when no other would. Although the odds were very much stacked against us I did manage to get a little bit of justice. I will however not file a wrongful termination case again. The wait time for results was very surprising.

This law firm, while paying admirable respects to African Americans during Black History Month, found it proper to sign off on a completely erroneous case. The case was carried out by an out of state law office and negatively impacted a local minority owned business (outside of Huntington). Poor business practices that I do sincerely hope will improve.
