Mr. Todd Reed is the absolute best lawyer out there when it comes to nurses. Todd was able to help me get my name cleared after 15 long years of being wrongfully accused. As a RN for over 12 years I have never experienced any legal issues until my last year. As a supervisor reporting my staffs negligence, I was somehow found to be directly responsible for all their actions, whereas they were not found responsible for any. Mr. Reed was wonderful. He was so informative and knew exactly how to help me when a false complaint was filed against my RN license to the WV Board of Nursing (BON). He knew that this was a time sensitive issue for me as I needed the complaint proven false and dismissed quickly in order to get my APRN license. He worked so well with the board and arranged a conference call that did result in my APRN license being approved and pushed the dismissal of the false complaint through much faster than I would have been able to do on my own. Hands down, if you EVER have to deal with the BON regarding your license- Call Todd FIRST before you ever respond to any accusations/complaints. He knows how to help you. I felt his fees were fair and worth every penny.

Todd represented my case in a complaint filed against my nursing license to the WV Board of Nursing.
