My husband and I were brought into a horrible situation dealing with CPS of WV and my appointed attorney was Mr. Santa Barbara. The moment I started to speak with Missy I felt some type of ease that my case was in the right hands. I have never been in this type of situation ever and you could imagine it is the most horrible thing to endure. As of today December 6 2024 our case was DISMISSED!!!!! I just want to thank Mr. Santa Barbara for proving our innocence in this matter. I also want to thank Missy. Missy, thank you. The feeling you gave me to feel confident that he had my back as well as you made me feel seen and heard. You both gave me my hearts back and not the number 1 hearts, but the 5 that call ME MOM!!! Thank you BOTH so much!!! Truly.

The people here at Santa barbers law firm are the BEST I as a mother of an adult child have struggled for 9 years to get my daughter help and this go around Missy Mr santabarbers assistant put her heart Into helping my daughter to all lengths, we have waited 9 years for help to arrive and she is our savior thank you to the law office of micheal santabarber and a special thank you to MISSY !!! After having 1 attorney appointed to me that was simply trying to bully me into taking a guilty plea so he didn't have to do the work, my Mother took a loan out to hire another attorney and he was even worse! After firing my 2nd attorney, I was again appointed an attorney and this time I had gotten Mr. Santa Barbara. He was able to get me help almost immediately and has done an AMAZING JOB working my case for me and it's a HUGE BLESSING having him work for me. The ladies in the office are very nice to work with and very knowledgeable also great at being able to communicate messages back and forth between Mr. Santa Barbara and his clients. Shout out to Mrs. M for being such an AWESOME PERSON! I'd recommend Mr. Santa Barbara and his team to anyone!

My Daughter was in a very difficult situation and after three different lawyers this was the first firm that was able to untangle the mess she was in. Many thanks are due to the tireless work of Mr. Santa Barbara’s assistant, Ms. M. She was with me all the way and took the time to understand what was going on and how to fix it - and it wasn’t easy work. Mr. Santa Barbara represented my daughter with knowledge and skill. Michael Santa Barbara is not only one of the best & caring attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of meeting but in my opinion a stellar person all around. His staff as well, could not be any nicer & helpful. Please do not fall victim to false (scammer!) reviews! You will do yourself a disservice & miss out on excellent representation. I'd have to agree with all the rest them this women did not do as she was spose to in a case she let a bunch illegal things go on that shouldn't have so moral to this story is just save your money and keep on walking when it comes to this law firm 🙂👍

A few years ago I had Mr Santa Barber and this will go down in history as by far the worst legal experience I’ve ever had. He not only did not meet with me prior to my case but upon arrival at the courthouse bullied me into agreeing because the state had agreed to drop my case on felony charges. All I wanted was for a some type of legal representative to hear what the WV state police had done to me in hopes to to not ever have further problems again with them due to the problems being in court documentation ?! This man threatened to go out into the court room and fire me as a client causing me further problems due to this being a Felony Charge ! I knew the state was going to drop these charges and it was another case of being bullied and showed who is in charge in this town. Long story short my mother and father had passed and I’m their only living heir I am entitled to their belongings. A family member had agreed to pay for my dad’s funeral and keep 30k worth of business equipment and had not paid a dollar. My attorney wrote a letter to collect the property and the family still did not return the property. So I called police and lo and behold they yet again got me good!!! I had prior problems with them and this occasion they acted like they did not see my dad’s trailer. The trailer was out in open for me to see it. So a few days later I tried calling police when I knew this family wasn’t home to show him this was indeed my dad’s equipment and he wrote up a bogus felony charge on that trailer for theft. Mind u it was a felony charge and I’ve never been in trouble. That warrant even stated the trailer was in my family’s possession and in not mine. (Just another tactic of the state police showing me they can and will do what they want they had already let me loose 60k in business theft ) anyway o begged this attorney to let me speak to a judge in regards to my case because I wanted it on record in hopes to that if I had further problems this record could be pulled. This was the third run in I had with them and not been helped. This man screamed , bullied and threatened me to make it harder on me if I didn’t shut my mouth and take the deal. This attorney is a poor excuse of an attorney and human in my opinion he cares nothing about situations and peoples lives and only about his already discussed deal !!! Do not I repeat Do not give him a dollar or trust him.
