He was a court appointed attorney for a child custody matter. Mr Santa Barbara (and his office staff) have been the most unprofessional legal team I have ever encountered. Stay away from Mr Santa Barbara if you're looking for attention to detail or even when your next court appearance is. The lack of communication and professionalism has been unbelievable. I haven't been represented by Mr Santa Barbara at all, he just collects a paycheck from the Morgan County Courthouse. Do yourself a huge favor and hire someone else.
