Harley Wagner is a fantastic attorney. I got a DUI in West Virginia. I was soo scared; spent a night in jail; was facing huge fines and the possibility of losing my license. There was also the possibility of having to pay for an interlock breathalyzer system for my vehicle. You see my DUI was not a typical one. Unfortunately, the medications I take for chronic pain, as well as ointments I have to use for an autoimmune condition, affect one's blood alcohol level. Harley took the time to listen to me and then went above and beyond in learning about my medications and how they can impact one physically. I initially called Harley a few days before Thanksgiving.
