My sister said that our dad touched her as an adult then tell me why would she move back in with mom and dad if he truly touched her i know i wouldnt have moved back in with them after the children was taken or anytime for that matter. Here is a news flash my family's physical address was in the state of Maryland when my kids was taken in west virginia. Infact physical address is still in Maryland. She didn't fight hard enough she didn't even try to get me visitation rights during the court hearing I have not seen my children since Aug 31st she was a court appointed attorney so I feel she was more for CPS than she was for me and my children in the end we ended up signing are parental rights off because they got us for aggravated circumstance for paste CPS case that was over 10 and 20 years ago because they could not get the neglect case to stand because my niece was mentally unstable they could not use what she said against which was all a lie considering they asked are children about the abuse my niece talked about and they said it never happened so yes I would not recommend Teresa Lyons especially if she is appointed through the court system as you never know what side she is on. If I could rate her a big zero I would Teresa Lyons is one of the worst court appointed attorneys I have ever met I would never ever recommend her to anyone in this lifetime or the next. I have seen court appointed attorneys fight for visitation rights in the past but not Teresa she was for CPS and didn't even care. My husband's attorney who was also court appointed for him Larry Conrad even said he seen her work before and she didn't even try in my case. Instead she worked with CPS to help them keep my 6 children. She is the worst attorney ever. Yes I am made, angry, hurt I love my children and now I don't get to see them again until they are 18 and come looking for me. Thanks alot Teresa Lyons I hope you are happy you helped CPS get what they wanted more money in their pockets. My children was happy in my home and loved very much and you helped destroy a happy loving family.
