Mr. Desai was the kindest, most caring and informative attorney ever. My husband was in a serious car accident on May 30, th. 2022. He sustained very serious injuries, and we had no idea what to do . Over the years I've had many patients come in due to personal injuries. The majority of them retain a lawyer to help navigate a insurance system that is generally not on their side. Every single patient we've had that hired Chirag Desai has been more than happy with his services. He goes out of his way to make sure his clients receive the best possible care for their injuries and reduce or eliminate stress of dealing with insurance companies. I can honestly say nearly every patient we've worked with that has used Mr. Desai considers him family even years after their case is closed which says a lot to us. Fast forward to today and I just got off the phone with him.. Another large sum is on the way. He battled start farm head on for months and they finally settled.. What other lawyer in this state would take a case this far? Claim/payment 1 was a guaranteed win, every lawyer takes that case, payment two was not and he spent time, hired consultants, and used his own money to go after it, long after the original claim settled.. Above and beyond is an understatement.
