Spoke to Bill Frame, he was interested in my case, signed release forms, provided photos & CD with all my records. Bill Frame said he'd send them to an expert & get back to me within a few weeks since the case was time sensitive. After several weeks, I called & was told he was too busy to handle my case. WHAT! Bill Frame dropped the ball. Only words to describe how I view Bill Frame is unprofessional. Bet Bill Frame would be disappointed if a member of his family was treated this way. Not a man of his word.

This is a top of the line attorney group they are experienced and very down to earth like Allstate your in good hands with them reputable and professional trustworthy honorable and very resourceful like you would not even believe how smart and cunning they will find a way to win. Period. I cant tell you how much they helped my friend He got paralyzed and the people who were at fault had nothing he really needed money they got him almost a million dollars from people who had nothing they were genius I wont tell the specifics but I learned some law from that. Great choice of attorneys worth every penny unlike some of those deabeat money grabbers who take your money and lose. Frame wont take a penny unless he wins for you.

I was very pleased with the outcome of everything Mr.Frame did exactly what he said he was going to do.

Excellent lawyer and staff

The attorneys and staff at this firm are excellent. I was so overwhelmed after the incident but over time it was clear they had it handled and they reached out with any changes in my case and sometimes just to check in with me so i wouldn't stress. Most law firms treat you like a number but Bill Frame and Wesley Metheney treat their clients with care. They are affordable and knowledgeable and keep you in the loop on the progress of your case. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the outcome of my settlement. Highly recommend if you need a great lawyer you can trust.

I would give 6 stars if that was an option. The care and consideration I received from every person working for Wilson, Frame and Metheney went beyond my expectations. From the beginning of my accident case to the close, I was given high communication and kept informed of the progress my case was making every step of the way. The settlement I was able to obtain was far more than I would have received working this without their council. I practiced law in Morgantown, WV for 35 years. When I had civil cases that required more expertise, knowledge and experience than I had, I associated with Mr. Metheney (as co-counsel) for several reasons: He is unquestionably qualified to handle large personal injury/wrongful death cases. He is completely versed on the law and makes sure he knows all the facts and all the witnesses and what their testimony will be. He is a great negotiator and is unquestionable honest and ethical. And he can be very aggressive if circumstances require it. Mr. Metheney represented me personally in a domestic case. He maintained his polite demeanor but did a superb job of representing me. The four (4) opposing lawyers were no match for Mr Metheney even though one was voted by WV Bar as best domestic lawyer in WV. Not true; Wesley Metheney is far better and again, he is ethical, moral and very experienced at trial work.
