My case manager found stuff in my record that the VA was supposed to be paying me for since day one. I would have never known about it if I didn't contact them. They got me my last 20% and it didn't require a lot of my time to do so. I always recommend that all of my Army buddies contact them when they get out. Great Job Noah Lauderman and team!!!

I have filed my disability claim and have continued to be denied. It is getting very frustrating because my health and mental health is getting worse everyday. I understand every claim is different but having to wait a year or almost two for a decision is just unbelievable. When people ask me if I have filed and I tell them yes and have been denied they tell me you might want to hire a lawyer lol after laughing I tell them I have hired one from the very beginning. Claim still denied.

I called the Charlotte NC office on July 8th 2022 and spoke with a call screener and I was told I would get a call on July 12th at 1:30 pm to go over my disability claim. I waited patiently by the phone and no call. I called a week later and spoke to a lady in the Parkersburg WV office who then transferred me back to the previous screener. I was told I would get a call on the next day at 10:30 am I waited and waited and again no call. I then called the Parkersburg office again and ask to speak with Jan Dills. I was told she wouldn't speak with me as she was now an administrator. I will not call back and I will be telling all my friends and family about the poor client service. So Sad.

They were very helpful. I was nervous about the hearing but the attorney helped me calm down and gave me confidence. The staff answered all of my questions and got me a good settlement. I would recommend using them.

These people were so nice to me and my 10 year old autistic son! He loves the Jan Dils jingle and will listen to it on YouTube and sing it daily ❤️
