Somewhat great , need more involvement with the client

I became disabled in 2014. I fought with another attorney to get compensation thru the courts for 4 years. Thru this other attorney I was never talking with the same person twice. I never knew what was going on. Then I came to Jan Dils attorneys. Professionalism from the start. I was assigned one attorney and never passed to another. Communication was top notch. I always felt that I mattered. Any questions I had were always answered. I was blown away by my experience with Jan Dils group from start to finish. I called to find representation for a personal injury claim against a major pharmaceutical company. Don't bother calling them if you don't have what they deem a significant suit. Do I need to have a multi million dollar suit to receive representation from your firm? Maybe if I would've gotten cancer or died they would have been interested. I was very disappointed.

I have a hard time holding a job because I've been type 1 diabetic for almost 30 years and I go into DKA alot, so I came here to get help and was told I wasn't old enough to be helped. I will be trying somebody else. I think they should at least hear you out. I would not recommend unless you're an elder.
