I am currently a client for a va claim, once I send in my iformation not even a month latter I had appointments to go to va clinic in Columbus, Ohio several times. This tells me they got on the ball, I don't have a lot of contact with them, but I know they need the time to help others and they will get things done. My case goes before a judge and in the meantime it takes several years, not their fault. I take it as a savings account of back pay and confident they will win my case.
