Jan Dills make SSDI a simple process.I have been asked by a lot of people and I tell them don’t try yourself.call Jan

Contacted them because I was hoping to have my personal injury claim settled which was almost one year in the making and still was making no progress with the insurance company, even though I had a lawyer. The representative I spoke to said it would be absolutely no problem that I already had a lawyer and that my lawyer had already sent a demand letter and was trying to settle. I informed the other law firm that I was going to seek new representation with Jan Dils and they agreed to release me of all attorney fees and associated costs. They also agreed to send my entire file over to Jan Dils office. Almost 2 months later after hearing nothing from their office, I get a voicemail and an email from an attorney at Jan Dils office stating that they will not be able to assist me with my case and that I should seek other counsel because they do not typically “work cases in which the client had already sought representation and reached the settlement/demand phase.” They wasted my time and either that attorney was lying about why they didn’t want to handle my case or their representatives haven’t been trained on what types of cases they handle. Just another money hungry law firm looking to exploit veterans and other high dollar cases, not looking out for the rest of us. Don’t trust them just because they have a big advertising budget!

I have waited two years for my case to be approved. Everyone at the office was a great help and stayed in touch. I recommend to everyone to use Jan Dils and her team. I can't thank them enough. Donald

Wonderful people to work for me. The team that was taking care of my case went above and beyond to help me get my VA and SSDI disability. Don’t forget to upload your information and appointments. They can’t help you if you don’t let them know what’s going on.

Absolutely wonderful! This firm ended my 20yr VA nightmare in UNDER 8wks! I finally received my proper rating. To my Veteran Brothers & Sisters, this firm IS your LAST stop. I just gave them all of my documentation, there were some very nice and pleasant clarification phone calls and that was it. I sat back expecting at least a 1yr answer (the usual VA protocol in MY experience) but they explained each claim is different and they streamline the process as much as they can.
