I had a very good experience with them, they kept in touch with me throughout the process and kept me up to date on everything. They answered any questions I had its a very nice law firm. All the workers I spoke to any time I was there and over the phone were all nice as well and that makes a difference.

Called yesterday requesting services. I tell you what. Immediately after talking to paralegal, this is not someone you want to be working for you. Upon intake, describing my conditions and going through my ratings, the paralegal doing the intake (for the owner to see who it was, female type) could not spell "impotence." I had to spell it out for her on the phone phonetically 5 or so times before she got it, and read it back to me and couldn't even pronounce the word. It just added to the embarrassment and what I have to go through every day. She thought it was hilarious she was struggling so much. Honestly, embarrassing considering this is a Law Firm and your legal representation cant even hire a full grown woman who can spell basic vocabulary. Regardless if you denied to take my case on, I had already made a decision not to work with you based on who you chose to represent your business.

Was very help full with my ssi now I'm going to see if she can help me with hospital problems she great attorney would use her help any time

I appreciate the Jan-Dils Staff for always being on things that affected my Claims. I went from 10% Disability when they took my case to 80% today and we're not through just yet. I would refer any Service Members to submit their story to the firm if they feel unhappy about what their current Disabilitie(s) RET, MSG (USA)

Would not recommend for veterans. You will do most of the foot work and you will speak to a voicemail more than a live person. It’s not personable service it’s more of herding cattle. I obtained a 100% on my own and because Im still in appeals for other conditions with this firm I dont want to restart my appeals over. If it weren't for that reason I would not use this law office!

Very professional and personable! I can't THANK Jan Dills and her staff enough for all of the work they have done and for supporting me through the process of my disability claim. This has been life changing in so many ways. Call them today, they won't steer you wrong.

What should have been a year and a half ended up taking 4 years as they waited until the very last week to file my appeal. This threw me into covid court. When asked they made up a story that used facts that didn't exist. It's a shame that a law firm that "cares" so much for veterans screws over vets to make more from their backpay.

I am a 41 year old, who suffers from a number of disabling conditions, That being said, as I am young has always been a judgement or a hurdle for me, I was denied numerous times by social security. I contacted Jan Dils and they took my case, and assured me they would not take no, and they would continue to fight for me. Chelsea Parker,whom was my attorney,was so compassionate and understanding, even tho I was only 41 she understood to severity of my conditions. The whole staff and were so knowledgeable and willing to assist me in any way.Memory is not my strong suit, but any time I would call with question, they were readily available to answer them, no matter how may times I called, even if I had to leave a voicemail Amanda Richard’s, would call me back with a reply, and assure it was no problem, and to not hesitate to reach out. I finally got the appeal to have a hearing in front of an administrative judge, and I was so nervous, but Chelsea Parker,my attorney, continued to assure me, don’t worry I am here to fight for you and I will be here the whole time. Chelsea Parker did just that she fought for me, she helped me in every way, and with her, I just found out today I was approved!!! Thank you so much Chelsea Parker.and the whole staff at Jan Dils, without your assistance I would have never won my case!!!!! Memory isn't my strong suit, but I remember the name Chelsea coming up more than once for the three years I've been involved with Jan Dils. She was helpful and patient with me despite my neurological difficulties and I can't think of anything in the process that could have been handled better. A cursory skim of google results suggests that the firm works with people like me regularly, so it may be a good choice for those crippled by verbal and/or wavelength issues.
