I begged The attorney to work on my case months before the trial, he neglected to do so and then the weekend before the trial told me to write down everything in chronological order after five years of me begging him to put a timeline together and be prepared for the case. He did not under that kind of pressure I mentally could not handle the situation and he went to trial unprepared and lost what should’ve been a slam dunk case. I would not recommend anybody I care about to use this law firm for anything serious. He will not spend more than a few minutes researching case law and then copy and paste whatever he finds putting your name on it and removing the name from whatever he copied but he does not do thorough research and write his own motions for court. He gives everything to his assistant to write and he’s quite frankly scared to offend the opposing party at the cost of neglecting to object in open court and retain the right to appeals. Because this lawyer failed to object when I told him to in open court I have a journal entry from the judge telling me that because my lawyer failed to do his job I lost my case.

We had over a 5 year long custody battle that was highly complicated and within the year we had hired bill, had numerous hearings in which we were represented by Bill, Robin, and Dustin and all three done a fantastic job. Appointments were easy to get, we were always updated if anything had changed. Was very thorough. It's extremely hard when you have a father fighting for full custody this was not an easy case and they came through for us every single time and we no longer have to worry about the safety and well being of our children.
