My boyfriend has been told for four months every Monday that she was coming to see him on Friday and told him at first he wld be home for the holidayd and then she comes in with a plea that was suppose to be time served and the paper work wasn't ready when her and the prosecutor met evidently so that was three weeks ago and mind you four months ago they came at him with a plea of daily report for thirty days and he wld have already been done but due to prior conviction ten yrs ago after they took him down and he signed the plea the next day they took it away from his old charges. So they don't even offer another plea until three weeks ago and she told him he wld be home for the holidays well he isn't and still waiting to sigh. A plea for time served. He has been in there for over seven months on a fleeing charge. Well I bet she tells and him next he will be out before Easter we'll I think it's time for me to go talk to the lawyer in Charleston he told me not to but I need him home my father is sick my gas is turned off because the pipe is leaking somewhere and they will not turn it on til I fix it and I can't afford to pay a professional to do it and I have been freezing this weekend. I have called the cop several times and he will not return my call well I'm gonna see what she tells him Monday and I'm not telling him but I'm going to go talk to my friend that's a lawyer in Charleston and Montgomery and I promise he will be home this week one way or another I shldve already done this but he believes her he says give her a chance well she's had seven months and I'm going to go down to talk to my dad's lawyer Monday at noon

They definitely don't do what is best for their client. They are in it together and no matter what they don't listen to your needs.
