John Roger's does not care about anybody children or Liberty or Freedom....he does not give you any paperwork, he does not meet with his court appointed clients until the day of court....John C. Rogers does what the Courts tell him to do which means he works for the court and not the people.....I will be filing a lawsuit class action.....details

Doesn't return calls and doesn't forward court documents. Impossible to get a hold of when it matters. Avoid at all costs

He was court appointed which should not make a difference. But he failed to notify us of a hearing And I sat in jail for months . He would not answer or return my calls or my wife's emails . When I told him I wanted a motion filed he totally blew me off and ignored me . . This has been the worst experience ever

I highly recommend Matt Thorn! Matt represented me for a horrid 20 year divorce/custody case which was a LOT of work for him. He was patient and beyond understanding with me (as I was clueless and scared throughout the entire process). Only advise I can give is do what he advises you to do!

I am a commercial lawyer in the Morgantown area. I have referred people to Johnson Law a number of times over the years to discuss possible bankruptcy or serious financial challenges. Why?
