Then I was given questionnaires to give each one of my doctors to fill out & then for me to bring back. I did. And 2 weeks before my Jan 4th, 2021 hearing, I received a phone call saying sorry Attorney Burkham didn't think there was enough for her to take my case & win. This was just absolutely ridiculous!”
