I hired them for my disability case. I have been unable to work since 2017. The only way I have mobility is by using the DONATED wheelchairs that were given to me because I have zero money coming in. I have Diabetes, chronic pain, IT Band Syndrome, Agoraphobia, anxiety and depression, and they tell me it's my problem that I wasn't approved. They were very lazy and didn't do one thing to help me get approved. You are better off trying to get SSDI yourself rather than hiring this lazy bunch of lawyers.

I Was represented by attorney Burkham in my disability case. (2024) The professionalism from Attorney Burkham and her assistant were no less than top notch! They are no doubt all business which is what I needed and they were there to help you if you have questions. Always returned calls. Never sugar coated answers. Their knowledge level was very good. If you would ask if I would trust them with any other cases of any sort I may have ?? for sure. They do deserve a 6 star rating but a 5 is all the computer will allow us to give.

Good work cutting me a check

After I suffered a major truck accident that left me injured, Attorney Jim Pitz was enlisted to handle my insurance claim. Jim was both personable and professional in managing these negotiations. He was also very responsive and took whatever time was needed to explain the complexities involved. Ultimately (after 22+ months) the settlement that was negotiated was generous and fair. Jim Pitz fully matched or exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him as a qualified advocate to serve anyone needing legal help following an accident and/or injury.

Anastasia Burkham and her team helped us with a disability case. They did a great job! Very knowledgeable, yet friendly. Wonderful to work with! Even got our case approved in less than 5 months. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

It's been over a year trying to get disability for my husband. They will say they called and left numerous voicemails with no call back. I don't have voicemail on my phone so they did nothing but lies. On 4 different occasions we had to take the SAME paperwork to the doctor. They claim they never received it. The only time we would hear from them is when we would receive a letter from social security and thats because they also received the same letter. I called social security today and he already has a doctor appointment through them. My husband has memory loss and doesn't understand conversation with people. Tried dropping them today and said we would do this ourselves but they had to have his permission and he doesn't even know what they are talking about. So now they are trying to go through my daughter. She has no say in this matter. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. Update: I don't appreciate the lawyer calling back today stating that I'm not welcomed at any meetings because of my post! I'm the spouse of the person who has disabilities. My daughter is not his caregiver and she not be involved in this. She was a phone number in case they could not get a hold of my. husband. This is ridiculous . So please stop calling MY phone and harassing me. Thank you.

They wouldn't take my disability case. I was fighting for disability for 3 years and kept being denied. I called this attorney and they wouldn't take my case. I ended up going to court on my own.
