Attorney Rachel Fitzgerald is so brilliant! She got me everything I deserved from my work comp case! I couldn’t be happier. It was a long drawn out 4.5 year battle with my previous employer and she stuck it out and won me my case against them. Through all the trials and tribulations with this case Rachel made sure to have her team in constant contact with me. I got updates regularly on what was happening and in the end we prevailed. We settled WITHOUT having to go to court and I got all the medical bills paid by my prior employer and a settlement for my disability rating and lost wages. I couldn’t be happier. Attorney Fitzgerald handled my injury at work case. She efficiently handled my case and we were awarded money. She was very responsive until the checks were issued. Once the checks were issued I had questions regarding future medical treatments but never heard from her again. Attempted a few times to contact her but never heard a thing.
