I went to Mr. Eickhoff because a friend reccomend him to me. I wasnt sure what to expect, I was facing a maximum penalty of 107 years of prison I was convinced that I had no chance to get no prison the public defender I had kept telling me I was probably going to do significant prison time. After meeting with Mr. Eickhoff about my case I had this feeling that it wasnt going to be as bad as the public defender made it out to be. Throughout my court cases and everything Eric was there with me translating the legal talk in to every day talk so I could understand. And every question I had about my case he was able to answer. Finally when it was my sentencing date we went in there not sure what to expect, and through his legal expertise, charisma, and ability to articulate sentences we were able to get me 6 months of house arrest and 5 years probation, compared to 100 years of prision we won big. I'd highly recommend Eric to anyone who is facing legal issues he is very easy to talk to and very skilled and knowledgeable in law.

They did everything they promised and more. I worked primarily with Eric and he was attentive, informative and always there when I had a question.

I hired Eric for two misdemeanor charges. Before hiring Eric I did my own research, and called 8 criminal defence attorney's. He took the time to speak with me many times giving great advise for court before I hired him. If Eric was not in the office his receptionist made sure I had is cell phone number. Throughout the process he was very informative and his communication was great. Eric did get one misdemeanor dismissed, and the other one dropped to an ordinance violation. Eric Eickhoff is not only an outstanding lawyer and litigator. Eric is an outstanding human being . This man will fight tirelessly for you. He will fight and advocate for you like you are a close friend or family member. If you are tired of being treated like you are just another "case", and attorneys tell you "it's not personal" don't settle for that. Do what I did call Eric Eickhoff. He helped my son, and I will be forever greatful.

I was amazed at how great of a lawyer Eric was. He went above and beyond in my case. I was being charged with a felony and he fought for me and got them to drop the charge. If I could give Eric 10 stars I would!! For starters, Eric is extremely polite, professional and he always responds quickly! Previous attorneys would take days to respond, but Eric always answered the phone, and if he couldn't, called back within minutes to an hour. Eric represented my husband in his probation revocation hearing. Instead of weeks or months, he got my husband in with the judge within a week! My husband was facing 12 months....he got my husband 37 days!!! Eric definitely knows his stuff and is GREAT at what he does!! I will recommend him to anyone and everyone!

When It comes to attorneys , Eric breaks the mold! My son just wasn't a name on his calendar. Eric literally takes the time to get to know his clients! And the people supporting them. Not once did he ever miss returning one of my phone calls or make me feel like any of my questions or offerings of information were stupid or bothersome. He sees the good in people, knows there is two sides to everything and will fight tooth and nail to the best and fairest deal possible. My son was facing 12+ years in prison and because of all that Eric has done he will be on Huber in a month, reunited with his two small boys the end of next July and 4yrs. probation. I highly recommend him!!!
