I ended up hiring a different attorney, but attorney Fozard was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly when I spoke with him. I'm still second guessing myself, but the deciding factor was a flat fee (which I'm probably overpaying) over the retainer fee. If they had the same fee system I would have went with Fozard!

I just want to say I can’t thank Miles, Dave and their wonderful, competent staff enough for the top notch care that I had received from the first phone call I had with them until the closure of my claim. They had to fight hard on my behalf and the results were beyond my expectations . They actually took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel like family.
