I would not recommend Doug Fyfe to anyone. He double charged me for filing an affidavit...gave me the wrong date for the hearing...was over 15 min late for the rescheduled date and completely unprepared(the only reason he was there is because he coincidentally had another case in building) so it had to be rescheduled again. Then he was 10 min late for that date, completely unprepared, and I ended up doing all the talking. Most unprofessional attorney...absolutely terrible.

This review is actually from Dan Frost, In my opinion Doug Fyfe has terrible communication skills. If your looking for a good attorney that can communicate and work through problems. His system or the firms process of operating is absolutely terrible! I am a local Realtor in Appleton. If I communicated the way Doug does I would have been out of business 20 years ago when I started. Do your research well, I ended up firing him as I felt why would I pay someone good hard earned money to represent me when they can’t communicate. Kindest Regards, Dan Frost

I have worked with Rick Bollenbeck several years now. Rick makes it his priority to figure out a way to make himself available to clients at a place and time most comfortable for them. The entire staff at Bollenbeck Fyfe S.C are professional and helpful to my clients. My business requires me to protect my clients with insurance products assure their well being. Adding Bollenbeck Fyfe to our arsenal is just one more way we can help people that rely on us to protect their best interest. Just recently our firm had a client that was about to sign a contract that they did not totally understand. The very next day Rick drove for almost two hours to provide an initial free consultation. I concur with all the previous reviews about Doug Fyfe. I struggled to make the thousands I had to pay him for absolutely atrocious outcomes. He does not advocate for his clients, he seems more interested in helping his fellow lawyers and double charging his clients. My life was ultimately ruined due to his mishandling of information, horrible communication about court dates and his progress beforehand, and his utter disregard for his own client's best interests. It's been 5 years since I fired Mr. Fyfe and I'm still dealing with the repercussions of my lost cases, both financially and personally. -- I truly appreciate the response, but I wish he hadn't been there 9 years and $13,000 ago.

These guys threatened criminal prosecution (no bases) and relationships with DA's if their client didn't get a specific settlement amount in a divorce case massively breaching the standard ABA Commission on Ethics that all attorneys (and normal good humans) follow. Very disgusting and dirty behavior for anyone let alone someone dealing with a peaceful divorce. In the end they backed down when called out on it too. Shame on you for your lack of honor, integrity and simple human decency. UPDATE: They petitioned Google to remove this review. Imagine that. Guess what guys, I will keep reposting it. You can't hide from your actions. This was a Doug Fyfe case and I see he has been removed from your firm. At least he will no longer be around to dishonor your firm.
